Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager the newly created Organisation Development Officer - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.

This position would be perfect for someone looking to enter Organisational Development with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:Β 
  • Deliver organisational development projects within ourΒ Future Workforce Strategy.
  • Contribute to developing CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
  • Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
  • Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion.
  • Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values.
  • Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics.
  • Analyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metrics.

Selection criteria:Β 

  • Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources.
  • Human resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects (desired).
  • Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management.
  • Experience of managing small-medium projects or events with a pro-active approach.
  • Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help).
