•  2 roles, one full time and one part time (3 days per week)

The Role

The ABC People and Culture Division have 2 new opportunities for a full time and part-time Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your D&I experience, data analysis skills and outstanding communication skills to these new roles.  

The Job

• Expert Adviser - Staying abreast of legislative, regulatory and industry changes.

                             - Providing advice and guidance to divisional teams and P&C teams.

• Data Analysis Expert - Analysing workforce data and employee feedback to identify D&I trends, gaps and opportunities.

                                      - Contributing to the development of accessible dashboards and divisional D&I reporting frameworks.

• Policy Expert - Supporting the development, implementation, and review of initiatives and projects. 

                       -  Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research to support the development of evidence-based D&I policies, strategies and initiatives.

About You

You will have experience in a diversity and inclusion role or related field, with experience working in large complex organisations.

Your skills and experience will also include:

• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and build trusting relationships across the organisation and externally.
• Experience conducting significant and highly complex research and data analysis.
• Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare high quality reports, briefings and presentations. 
• Extensive comprehensive understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural safety best practices, particularly in the Australian workplace context.
• Experience providing accurate and reliable advice and guidance to managers, leaders, and employees on D&I issues and inclusive workplace practices.
