As a Work-from-Home Virtual Donation Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting non-profit organizations by processing donations.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations.
Provide outstanding service to our valued donors.
Accurately enter information into our database.
Follow up with donors and exceed performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must work and live in the United States of America. States not eligible are California, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming.
- Must be able to work independently
- Must provide own work from home equipment including (Hardwired USB Mouse and Headset) No Mac and Chromebook
- Must provide Hardwired High Speed Internet (No wifi, bluetooth, cellular, or satellite)
- Must complete a practice video voice demo.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months remote or 1 year in a brick-and-mortar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
