Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in related field from an accredited institution. 8 year’s relevant experience facilitating DEI education to diverse stakeholders. Evaluation and assessment, supervisory or lead experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Experience in conflict resolution, facilitating difficult conversations and developing, implementing and managing resolutions to concerns. Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing education.
