As a Coordinator with the Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) team, you’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to advance our DEIB strategy and efforts. You’ll conduct research, track news and best practices and serve as knowledge manager for the team. You’ll assist with event planning and execution, message and materials development and will serve as an instrumental part of the team’s overall operations. In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation in effectively advancing global DEIB programs, partnering with Edelman colleagues at all levels across the global network.Β

Responsibilities

    • Conduct research and monitor DEIB news and trendsΒ Β 
    • Maintain project tracking and managementΒ Β 
    • Develop communications materialsΒ Β 
    • Support development and execution of eventsΒ Β 
    • Maintain project tracking and managementΒ Β 
    • UpdateSharePoint siteand communications channelsΒ 
    • Maintain team documents, resources and archivessiteΒ 
    • Establish and maintain calendar of DEIB observancesΒ Β 
    • Assist with key events and observancesΒ Β 
    • Support Employee Network GroupsΒ 
    • Work with the team with ad hoc assignmentsΒ Β Β 

Basic Requirements:

    • At least two-three years’ work experience in human resources or a related field. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in and understanding of DEIB or the communications marketing industry and basic principles of DEIB.Β 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in DEIB HR or Communications Marketing and/or related fieldsΒ 
    • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or universityβ€―Β 
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skillsβ€―Β 
    • Ability to adapt to various deadlinesand assignments β€―Β 
    • Solid knowledge of the MS Office suiteβ€―Β 
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to stakeholders and teamsΒ 
$50,000 - $70,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.Β
