Job Description:
McDermottPlus is seeking a Health Policy Director to support clients with ongoing lobbying and policy analysis. Ideal candidates are strong writers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple project deadlines. Additionally, candidates should have solid political awareness, leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative manner. Candidates should have established relationships with congressional offices, as well as direct experience and a deep understanding of the legislative and political process. The ability to engage clients and government officials in a professional manner is also required.As a Health Policy Director you will:

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.Β
