Internship Overview: As a DEI/HR Intern at Move United, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing our DEI initiatives and HR operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.Β
Key Responsibilities:Β
Assist in the development and implementation of DEI strategies and programs.Β
Conduct research on best practices in DEI and present findings to the team.Β
Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.Β
Participate in the organization of DEI-focused events and workshops.Β
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of inclusivity.Β
Help in creating internal communications related to DEI and HR initiatives.Β
