Provides coordination for a broad range of activities and programs that promote diversity, inclusion, and equity through student success and goal attainment. Provides guidance and support to multicultural student organizations as they develop and host programs to educate the college community on issues of race, gender, religion/spirituality, and class. Develops and implements diversity and multicultural programs and activities that build awareness and foster understanding and acceptance among members of the campus community especially during commemorative months throughout the year. Fosters social justice and works to improve campus climate and enhance the involvement and academic/personal success of students of color and other historically marginalized communities through partnerships. Develops assessment plans for learning outcomes and goals to enhance the cultural competency of all students.
