Fundraiser Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research and contact potential sponsors and donors
- Use CRM to make calls
- HubSpot and Aircall are tools we use
- Deliver a strong fundraising message
- Raise donations through online platforms
- Gather information and maintain fundraising documentation
- Evaluate the success of fundraising activities
- Promote awareness and spread the organization’s mission and goals
- Form and maintain strong relationships with donors and sponsors
- Motivate donors to maximize their donations
Fundraiser Requirements:
- Entry level
- Relevant fundraising experience with a CRM a plus
- Previous working experience involving fundraising activities
- Extraordinary communication and public speaking skills
- Project and event management skills
- Creative mind
- Negotiation and persuasiveness
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
