This role is based at the NIKE, Inc world headquarters located in Beaverton, OR
You will report directly to the VP Chief Diversity Officer and serve on the Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Leadership Team. As a member of the DE&I Leadership team, you will work closely in partnership with peers as well as key internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive Leaders, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, Government & Public Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development). You will also work closely with external organizations through sponsorship engagements and strategic partnerships.
We are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) practitioner with deep expertise to lead and shape critical portfolios within our DE&I Center of Excellence. In this role, you will oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), foster impactful external partnerships, drive inclusive learning programs, and design transformative experiences that align with our global DE&I strategy.
In this role, you will work in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external partners to achieve DE&I portfolio initiatives. Youβll lead a team of practitioners responsible for executing strategic priorities aligned to the DE&I strategy. You will collaborate with business partners to monitor trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and provide DE&I expertise and guidance for inclusive practices.
