As a Treasury Management Officer in Middle Market Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients.β€―You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategyβ€―whileβ€―developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams.Β Β Β

Job ResponsibilitiesΒ 

  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.β€―Β 
  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioningΒ 
  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven frameworkΒ 
  • Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviewsΒ 
  • Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutionsβ€―Β 
  • Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.Β 
  • Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationshipsΒ

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsΒ 

  • 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experienceΒ 
  • Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skillsΒ 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophyΒ 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsΒ 
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizationΒ 
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skillsΒ 
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorΒ
