As a Treasury Sales Associate in Middle Market Banking - Healthcare, Higher Education & Nonprofit segment, you will play an integral part in contributing to new sales targets, managing business relationships, and achieving portfolio growth objectives. You will participate in a three-year development plan designed forβ€―a progression of job functionsβ€―to develop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and ability to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury Solutions such as a Treasury Management Officer position.Β

Job responsibilitiesΒ 

  • Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability modelsΒ 
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research, work on and contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Β 
  • Work with TMOs on pricing and profitability modelsΒ 
  • Develop an understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectivesΒ 
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutionsΒ 
  • Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & marketΒ 
  • Partner with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accuratelyΒ 
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billingΒ 
  • Partner and collaborate with bankers and internal product partners to best serve the client

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsΒ 

  • Bachelor's DegreeΒ 
  • Three plus years’ relevant banking and treasury experienceΒ 
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentΒ 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesΒ 
  • Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresΒ 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Β 
  • Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributorΒ 
  • Team player with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel for in person meetings with clients and prospects
