As a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Specialized Industries, you will lead and develop Treasury Management Officers, Associates and our Analyst group dedicated to supporting our Healthcare, Higher Education and Nonprofit client segments. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. You will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. You will use your deep understanding of the treasury and leadership skills to develop and execute a strategy localized to market, growth, and product.Β

Job responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performanceΒ resultsΒ
- Leads withΒ direction and coordinationΒ building successful relationshipsΒ
- MonitorsΒ staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedbackΒ Β
- BuildsΒ collaborative internal relationships with Regional Treasury Sales Team, bankers and other internal partnersΒ Β
- ParticipatesΒ in partner meetings and communicatesΒ key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate mannerΒ
- Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirementsΒ
- Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategiesΒ

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsΒ
- 7+ years of sales and industry experienceΒ
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manageΒ aΒ sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scopeΒ Β
- Knowledge of treasury products and solutionsΒ
- Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented cultureΒ and focus on DE&IΒ
- Excellent client management skillsΒ
- Ability to communicate and present to large groupsΒ
- Demonstrated sales coaching abilitiesΒ including successful sales and marketing skillsΒ
