Job Description:
- Developing a working knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and business requirements pertaining to New York State Article 15A regulations.
- Provide Commercially Useful Function (CUF’s) reviews on site.
- Spot-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency in compliance reporting.
- Attend Project Meetings as needed.
- Daily MWBE & EEO site visits and reporting.
- Provide monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Spot check MWBE firms for active certification.
